Sculpture and Installation
Beginning in 2004, I began to make sculpture to photograph. Very quickly, I left my cameras behind to concentrate on making dioramas. These dioramas were intended as studies. However, the studies provided insight into scale as I became fascinated with the affect seeing or holding a miniature has on the psyche. I began to play with dollhouses and installing dis-proportioned objects. Evolving into room size installations that surround the visitor, today I continue a visual exploration through various spatial-temporal methods driven by material parameters.
